FTP Access

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to transfer files between your local computer and your hosting account.

To connect to your hosting account via FTP, configure your ftp client to connect to:

ftp.your.domain.name
with the username and password supplied in the introductory email.

FTP access is available on all hosting accounts and is always enabled by default. If you are unable to log in via SSH and your username/password combination is correct contact support.

• Mac: Fetch http://www.fetchsoftworks.com/
• Mac: Transmit http://www.panic.com/transmit/
