What
are your preferred payment terms?
Two options
are available for payment of hosting accounts:
- Credit Card
- Visa, Mastercard or American Express
- Cheque or
Money order - sent by mail
Credit Card
payment can be made at the time of ordering or at any time via our
secure online payment facility. If you are not comfortable providing
your credit card number over the Internet you can call us at any
time to make payment on an account.

Note:
All payments made electronically must include the invoice number
in the transaction reference. If you are making a payment over the
counter at a bank branch, please advise via email on the day you
make the payment to ensure the funds are attributed to your account.
What happens
if I don't pay?
All payments
must be made within 14 days. On the 14th day a reminder will be
sent via email notifying you that your account is due. After 20
days an overdue account reminder will be sent. If payment is not
received within 30 days access to your account will be suspended.
