If you are terminating your account within the 30 day cancellation time period, your account will be terminated immediately and you will receive your full refund (virtual servers only) otherwise your account will be terminated on the last day of the current month. You will receive a confirmation instantly of your termination request via e-mail. NOTE: As listed in the terms of Agreement, WHC is not responsible for lost files or data due to cancellation, suspension or account termination.
